Watch out Santogold: Rye Rye is here

Last year, Santogold took the hipster world by storm, crossing over into Hip-Hop with various remixes of her song "Brooklyn we go Hard." This year, expect Rye Rye to do the same.

I was first introduced to Rye Rye through the video for her song "Shake it to the ground," which I randomly saw on MTV Jams of all places.



Apparently, she has been putting out straight bangers in B-More, but this next song should give her nationwide fame amongst the hipstas. Its called "Bang," it features MIA, and if recent experience is any indicator, expect to hear it on terrestrial radio in the summer of 2010. They aren't so quick on the uptake these days.
